James, there seems to be an issue with the website and IOS app. When you close the window and reopen there seems to be a possibility of the captions no longer showing.

We trialed this at our church in the last week and had major issues with the captions showing if the user(s) device was put to sleep and than woken up. It would show our church as 'offline'.
